These terms govern access to and use of the OSI Monthly Reporting application operated by Owens Services LLC. By accessing or using the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Limited license and authorized users
Owens Services grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for internal business reporting. Users may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the application or its data.
QuickBooks authorization
A user connecting a QuickBooks Online company represents that the user is authorized to grant the application access to that company. The application retrieves only the QuickBooks information needed for its reporting functions. A company connection may be revoked through QuickBooks or by contacting Owens Services.
User responsibilities
Users must protect the shared dashboard password and must not provide access to unauthorized people. Users are responsible for reviewing report results, maintaining accurate QuickBooks records, and notifying Owens Services of suspected errors, unauthorized access, or changes in their authority to use a connected company.
Reporting limitations
The application organizes and compares source information according to configured reporting and allocation rules. Results may be affected by source data, account or class changes, timing, incomplete records, or configuration errors. Reports should be reviewed before being used for accounting, tax, legal, lending, or management decisions. The application does not provide legal, tax, audit, or investment advice.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the application. We may also change these terms by publishing a revised version. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply.
Disclaimer and limitation
The application is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Owens Services does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every report will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owens Services is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the application.
Termination
Owens Services may suspend or terminate access when a user is no longer authorized, violates these terms, or creates a security or operational risk. Provisions concerning data handling, reporting limitations, disclaimers, and liability survive termination where applicable.
